Part 1. Supporters’ Club and Members Deadlines

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

PLATINUM CLUB STATUS: To maintain ticketing priority we need to have a minimum of 50 CFC Members (True Blue, True Blue+, CFC Blue, Junior Blue) by July 10th 2026.

CFC MEMBERSHIP: Join or renew ASAP before July 10th 2026 to help us maintain Platinum Status.

CSCV MEMBERSHIP: Please join or renew here. Note, that if you subscribed last season for automated renewal via PayPal, you will automatically be renewed on your subscription date.

Part 2. Match Ticket Eligibility

As a Platinum Supporters’ Club, our members are able to apply for match tickets, subject to the following rules:

You can only apply if you are:

1. A Chelsea Member (True Blue, True Blue+, CFC Blue, Junior Blue) - see Membership page - AND

2. A paid-up member of Chelsea Supporters’ Club Vancouver - see Membership page - AND

3. Your memberships are notified to us before Chelsea’s July 10th 2026 deadline.

All ticket sales are at Chelsea’s discretion.

Part 3. Chelsea F.C. Supporters’ Club Ticketing Policy

In order to eradicate illegal ticket touting (“scalping”) Chelsea F.C. has introduced new rules for ticket applications, as follows:

1. Applicants must be CFC members (True Blue, True Blue+, CFC Blue, Junior Blue).

2. Applicants must be members of the Chelsea Supporters’ Club Vancouver (“CSCV”).

3. All applicants must be registered by CSCV with Chelsea F.C. and be approved by Chelsea before an application for CSCV match tickets can be made.

4. Members must apply individually or in a group with other eligible CSCV members. 

5. The dates of the opening and closing of a match application window will be posted by Chelsea in the application portal. Typically, the date is 6 to 8 weeks prior to the match.

6. Loyalty Points are earned for match attendance. Chelsea require a applicants to have a minimum number of Points for some matches. However, for CSCV members points are not required for Home* matches, but 5 Points are required for Away matches.

7. A bonus of 5 Loyalty Points will also be awarded to anyone who purchases a membership before midnight Thursday 30th July 2026.

8. The deadline for us to register CSCV Members for ticket applications for Match Week 1 (Aug 24, 2026) is July 10th 2026.

9. The final date for us to register CSCV Members for ticket applications with Chelsea for the 2026-2027 season matches is Sep 30th 2026.

10. Each supporters club member may purchase tickets through the supporters club ticket application window for a maximum of 8** fixtures per season across all competitions, home and away.

*Further loyalty point requirements may be required for some matches during the season.

** This limit applies only to successful applications made through the supporters club ticketing system and does not affect access through any other ticketing routes, such as member ticket application windows.

Part 4. How to Apply for a Match Ticket

1. Unlike past seasons when we submitted ticket applications on Members’ behalf, for the 2026-2027 season all ticketing supporters clubs ticket applications will now be made individually by members of the supporters’ club via a Supporters’ Club ticket application portal window. Applications will not be via Chelsea Supporters’ Club Vancouver.

2. To apply for a ticket via the Supporters’ Club portal window, members must first be:

   i. A Chelsea Member (True Blue, True Blue+, CFC Blue, Junior Blue) - AND

   ii. A paid-up member of Chelsea Supporters’ Club Vancouver - AND

   iii. Your memberships have been notified to us before Chelsea’s July 10th 2026 deadline so that we can affiliate you with us as a member of a Platinum Supporters Club.

3. The new portal application window has not been opened yet. Chelsea F.C. will open the application “window” on July 17th 2026 for the first week of matches.

4. All approved members of CSCV will be able to access the application window. Each member will access the application window individually.

5. Members have the option to apply for tickets in a group with other eligible CSCV members. 

6. Successful application tickets are digital and will be appear in the member’s Chelsea app.

7. For some matches, due to over-subscription, the full allocation of tickets for supporters’ clubs may not be possible. If so, Chelsea will apply a ballot system to allocate tickets.

8. It is important to advise us when you have made an application - Chelsea will contact us if there are any questions related to your application, for instance, why your application should be given priority. Advise us here.

9. Please note that it is strictly one ticket per member. Therefore it is vital that if you want more than one ticket, your guests must also be both Chelsea F.C. (True Blue, True Blue+, CFC Blue, Junior Blue) and Chelsea Vancouver members before the match application date set by Chelsea F.C., which is typically 6 to 8 weeks before the match.
